
The 18th annual TPES Science Discovery Day

For the past 18 years Science Discovery Day has been the most popular school-wide educational event at Torrey Pines Elementary. All students participate in a morning filled with hands on, age appropriate science and technology activities.
With our record student population this year we need a record number of presenters-which means we need YOUR help to make this amazing morning a reality! If you are a professional in a science or technology related field, know a fun science activity or experiment, or just like working with small groups of children, please
sign up as volunteer presenter here to show the students some thing cool or to help the Hospitality Crew.

We provide the volunteer presenters with brunch as a way to thank them for their time they give to our students in this amazingly enriching event. Please

Please drop off your non-perishable items in the nurse's office on Monday or Tuesday and your perishable items by 8:30 am on the day of the event in front of the library. Thank you!
